Combine the blueberries, honey, and lemon juice in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes or until the mixture thickens. 3. Set aside to cool slightly; then add Lavender Vitality and Lemon Vitality essential oils. 4.
