SUGGESTED USES Give fatigued muscles some love after a tiring workout by applying this blend topically. Let tired ankles and knees rest after long hikes or runs with a few drops added to affected areas. Relax and center yourself after an arduous adventure with a powerful foot soak; combine 5–7 drops with 1 cup of Epsom salt in warm water. Apply it to the base of your neck or temples after a long day. AROMA SIEZ ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND 35 A R O M A S I E Z WORKOUT STICK Take a load off after a hard workout. Supplies ½ cup organic, unrefined cocoa butter cup organic, unrefined coconut oil 20–25 drops Aroma Siez essential oil blend 1 vitamin E capsule or ½ teaspoon vitamin E oil Directions Empty deodorant stick container 1. Melt coconut oil and cocoa butter using low heat or in a double boiler. Add vitamin E and mix in an upright blender on low/ medium speed. 2. Add Aroma Siez and mix again. 3. Pour mixture into an empty deodorant stick container and cool in the fridge to set prior to storing. 4. Gently massage into skin postworkout to get back to your day.
